Power is out

So I can't do laundry or clean my bedroom (no windows, and I refuse to do it by flashlight). I also can't cook dinner. And we can't turn the tv on or use the computer.

I kinda wish the power was always out.

I'm just gonna play on my phone and scratch my two thousand bug bites (4th of July tradition it seems) until it comes back on.

Update: 4 hours later, the power is still out. Fire department says it won't be back on until the morning due to a tornado that hit 5 minutes from our apartment!

Instead of candles, we're rocking two lanterns. Embracing Maine. One step at a time. Night!
