Around Here

- We both bought mountain bikes in preparation for the upcoming sunny weather

- I've been crafting for a special someone's June bridal shower

- I found out I do not want to be a labor and delivery nurse

- I wore makeup twice in one week

- I have to wake up at 4:30am, get ready, meet my classmates at 5:15, travel an hour, do clinical until 3, travel an hour, go to work, work until midnight.  And repeat.  

- The house we put an offer in has been inspected, repaired, appraised, and our mortgage has been approved.  Closing date is set for April 16th.  So now we cross our fingers that nothing goes wrong before then.

- I might be getting a new job

- Chris got an iPad so now we're no longer fighting the homework vs. Netflix battle in our 1 computer/ no TV house

- I got a B on a test (GASP)

- It was 60 here one day this week.  It was glorious.

- We've been trying to cook well- rounded, nutritious meals because if I eat another hospital cafeteria made pbj sandwich I might just turn into one

- 57 days left of school; 12 more clinical days; 3 tests; 1 research paper; 1 final

- I've spent crucial study time on Pinterest looking at furniture and ways to decorate the new house 

- HUNGER GAMES MOVIE IN 9 DAYS

We're trying hard to make the most of this trying time.  We're busy.  We're tired.  

We never see each other.  And we're cranky when we do. 

 But we signed up for this.  

And it's for the greater good.  It's for the greater good.  It's for the greater good. 

So just hang on.  We're almost out.
